Remember to lift up and magnify the Lord, bring our needs to Him, intercede for others, and listen to hear the heart of God.

MISSION FIELD FOCUS FOR THE MONTH OF JULY: USA
As we remember and celebrate 250 years of our nation’s existence, let’s do so by joining together with other believers in 31 DAYS OF PRAYER.
Each day will have a focus:
DAY 1 GOD, OUR TRUE FOUNDATION The mission field often begins where foundations have cracked-where people are searching for something solid to stand on. Let’s repent for building on anything other than the Word of God and His ways; pray for God’s restoration and rebuilding on Him - the only sure foundation. Psalm 11:3
DAY 2 TRUTH THAT SETS US FREE Jesus is the Truth. Pray that we will anchor our lives in His Word and that He gives us wisdom to guard our hearts from deception. We need to not only speak, but live, His truth. Real freedom is only found in the truth of God. John 8:31-32
DAY 3 HUMILITY Let us humble ourselves before God and confess our need for Him. May such posture before the Lord shape how we live before the world. Micah 6:8
DAY 4 RIGHTEOUSNESS Let His righteousness shape our lives and our witness and may we be formed into people whose lives reflect His holiness, integrity, and justice. May our obedience bring honor to His Name and point others toward Him. Proverbs 14:34
DAY 5 REPENTANCE Let us turn our hearts back to God and ask for His forgiveness for relying on our own strength instead of Him. Let us pray that our passion be restored for holiness, prayer, and faithfulness. 2 Chronicles 7:14
DAY 6 GOD’S PRESENCE We don’t want to move forward without God. We want to be led by His Spirit and recognize where He is already at work. We want to respond to His presence and allow Him to change our lives. Exodus 33:14
DAY 7 STILLNESS Let us pause before God, quiet our hearts and still our anxious thoughts. We remember that God is in control and we can trust Him, rest in Him, and listen for His voice. Let us wait on the Lord and renew our strength in His presence. Psalm 46:10

Prayer
Please join with us in united prayer - any time and wherever you are - as we lift up our own lives and the church for the purposes of God, including:
the move of God in our lives and in our midst as the body of Christ;
current world issues and God’s people to shine forth His light;
missions - protection for missionaries, salvation of souls, blessing upon the work of God world-wide;
protection for God’s people in every nation and in every circumstance;
our nation - our leaders and that we would be light and salt
schools - for teachers, students, administrators - protection of mind, body, and emotions; that Christians would stand for righteousness in the midst of darkness;
men and women in the military;
health and healing - spiritual, emotional, physical - of those in our body and also family members;
repentance from our own ways and wills;
for the wisdom and will of God for our local church;
wisdom & strength for church leaders and teachers;
leaders to have fresh vision and wisdom for God’s work;
protection for the church - spiritually and physically;
provision for ministry - resources for ministry, faithful people to share in ministry, financial provision;
our youth and young people - for encouragement to keep following Jesus and for a growing faith;
families of our church - for faithfulness, protection, wisdom, love, joy, purpose in God, provision.

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Worship Ministry
We can all participate in this ministry unto the Lord as we join in praise and worship in our lifestyle and then by joining in as we lift up the name of the Lord corporately and musically in our services.
There may be opportunity for those who would like to share their musical gifts in a special time of ministry. There may also be opportunity for those who would like to serve on a worship team, vocally or instrumentally, by application and available openings.
Development of Youth participating in the main worship services and/or their own worship team are further opportunities.

Prayer Care
We know that God is able to do anything – change any circumstance, meet any need, heal, deliver, direct, counsel, provide, and more.
In every service, prayer is offered and those who have special needs may always ask for, and receive, prayer. God changes lives and situations and He can do more in His presence than we could ever accomplish through our own efforts.
We also have a Prayer Team – a group of people who will earnestly take your needs before the Lord as they meet for that purpose. Just write out your request on a “Prayer Care” card and submit it in the offering collection or at the Welcome Booth in the foyer; or you may call the church office or email your requests.
