We believe that all people were meant to know God – to experience His love and live in relationship with Him and His people, the church.  Christian Life Center is such a church!

Every person should have a place to worship God, and to be healed spiritually, emotionally, and physically.  The stresses of life press in on all of us at times.  We all need loving support.  We all search for answers.  The church, the family of God, is just the place to be to help us understand that our Heavenly Father gives us the answer…Jesus Christ our Lord.

We believe that every person has a divine purpose and that true fulfillment lies in living the life God intended for each one to live.  Maturing in the Lord includes realizing just who God intended you to be.  To that end, we offer well-rounded ministry for all ages, striving for a balance of prayer, teaching, encouragement, worship, praise, fellowship and service.

As part of the opportunity to grow, a branch of Christian Life Center includes Christian education with continuing education options.  Whether you intend to enter into full-time ministry or wish to serve in a specific capacity, or simply wish to learn more of God’s Word, there is an option for continued learning and further training that should fit your needs.

Come grow with us!
We invite you to come and be part of the family and grow with us – a warm welcome awaits.  There is room for YOU to become an active part of the body of Christ at Christian Life Center.

Mission and Vision

A Church with a Vision – A Place for You
Our vision is to see individuals and families finding and fulfilling their God-given purpose as part of the body of Christ.

God has uniquely created each of us.  We all have a desire to be significant – to live a life that matters – and to enjoy living that life…finding out why we are here and living out the purpose for which we were created.  That is best accomplished by first knowing the Creator…and then by connecting with others in the family of God – the church.

The mission of Christian Life Center is to accommodate our vision by offering a place and an atmosphere where people can:

  • love God and love others by first coming to know God,

  • grow in their Christian walk and in their God-given purpose through worship, biblical instruction, training and education, fellowship, and by practicing what they have learned; and

  • serve - serve God and serve others.

Loving God and loving people, Growing in discipleship and growing together, Serving God and serving others.

We Believe In

  • Salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ, and resulting in a life of holiness. 1 John 1:7-9, Romans 10:9-10, Titus 3:5-7, Hebrews 12:14

  • Baptism with the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. Acts 2:4, 10:44-46, 19:6

  • Divine Healing through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53:5, Matthew 8:16-17, James 5:14-15

  • Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Matthew 24:25, Luke 21:34-36, Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, Revelation 19:7-9, and 20.

This statement of our four cardinal beliefs is not a complete Statement of Faith and does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs.  The Bible itself, as the inspired and infallible Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, including the sanctity of life and the God-given design of one’s biological creation and purpose, is the sole and final source of all that we believe.

Leadership and Affiliation

We are a non-denominational, traditional family-values church.  Our senior pastor and others on staff are credentialed (licensed and ordained) with the Assemblies of God Fellowship, headquarters in Springfield, Missouri.  While the church is independent, we are in association with the Fellowship.  Many of the activities for youth and children are in coordination with the Assemblies of God and we are happy to support, along with several independent missionaries and outreaches, those associated with the Fellowship.
